• The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in for guests not complying with our policies.

2. Guest Policy

• Only married couples are allowed. A valid ID with matching address or marriage proof may be required.

• The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests who cannot present valid identification or are found violating house rules.

3. Payment Policy

• Guests may be required to make a partial or full payment at the time of booking or check-in.

4. Cancellation & No-Show

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid charges.

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will be charged one night’s stay.

5. Damage & Conduct

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property.

• Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.

• The hotel reserves the right to evict guests found indulging in unlawful or disruptive behavior.

6. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited at the reception safe.

• The management is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during your stay.

7. Modification of Terms
